Conditions for booking school programs
Your booking of the school program is binding once you have received a confirmed booking proposal from us. The booking fee must be delivered to us no later than 10 working days before the visit. The purpose of visits with school groups should be to supplement the teaching, not to replace regular education.
Cancellation or rebooking
You always have the option to cancel or rebook school programs. However, this should be done no later than 10 working days prior to the booked activity. Please let us know as soon as possible with your booking number. In case of late cancellation, you will be charged the total amount of visit per pupil group.

To get the most out of your visit with us, we have common rules to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. If you book a pupil group or your child on our activities, it is important that you as a responsible person acknowledge these rules and explain them to the person(s) attending the Vetenskapens Hus . Supervisors may cancel activities if participants do not comply with our rules.

School program for pupil groups from schools without an agreement
If you belong to a school (municipal or self-employed) or a municipality that has not signed a partner agreement, we will charge you by invoicing for each activity you book for your pupils, as shown in the tables below.
NOTE! If you visit us several times during the academic year, it may be worthwhile to enter into an agreement with us. See if your school has an agreement with Vetenskapens Hus.

Price
Schools in municipalities that have an agreement with us have free access to our teacher education courses because the fee is already paid by the principal. As an individual teacher, you register to teacher education on scheduled dates, or you can book one of our order forms, for example, for your team.
Conditions for booking teacher education courses
Your registration for continuing education is binding upon receipt of a booking confirmation. You always have the option to cancel or rebook your application for further training. However, this should be done no later than 10 working days before the booked activity, unless otherwise stated. Please email us as soon as possible. In case of late cancellation, the corresponding cost will be charged. If you have made an order for a group of teachers / educators and cancel later than 10 working days, you will be charged a maximum of SEK 10,000 / school. We require at least 8 participants for teacher education courses.

Price
If you belong to a school (municipal or self-employed) or a municipality that has not entered into a partner agreement, a further education course costs SEK 1,000 unless otherwise stated. You will be invoiced afterwards.
If you and your colleagues order further education, please contact us for cost proposals.

Conditions for booking
Your booking is binding, and any cancellation will be made in writing as soon as possible. If cancelled later than one week before the start of the course, or absence from the course, the full course fee will be charged. The House of Science will always refund if you cancel in accordance with the current cancellation policy, or if your child becomes ill for a long time and with medical certificates can prove that they cannot attend the course. In case of short-term illness, and other causes that cause your child to miss a few occasions, no refund is made.
