Outdoor reception at Vetenskapens Hus, Roslagstullsbacken 29, is open 8 am-3 pm. Upon arrival – register, collect your lunch ticket, event pin, and get directions there.
Forskarmässan is open for visitors 9 am-3 pm.
Preparations start on Thursday 26/9 in the afternoon. You can leave or prepare materials either then or on Friday morning between 7-9 am.
We ask that you bring a monitor to the science fair if you are showing digital material; limited assistance available.
Submit your PowerPoint no later Wednesday, 25/9 at 12:00 if you’re holding a lecture or workshop.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time.
Join us for after work at Proviant from 5 pm.
